HOW IS BLACK A POSITIVE COLOR?
Black is always considered & has been associated with negativity throughout history and even today. I wouldn't have thought about this until I realized that black is all around us, from our hair to our clothes.
I started reading articles and research papers and found that black is not considered a color. It's just an absence of light that absorbs all in the color spectrum.
Color psychologists say that color-related emotions depend highly on past experiences and personal experiences associated with a particular color.
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECT OF BLACK
The reactions to the color black may vary from person to person. Throughout history, this color has always been associated with darkness, sadness, death, fear, and negativity. But without black, you would not have read this; the fashion would have lost its praise. And there's only one lucky cat. Right?
Scientists claim that black has a tiny amount of light in it; however, coming back to you.
People consider white as purity & positivity, whereas Black as impurity & negativity.
Aren't you reading this in black text on a white background?
So, instead of chasing through the negatives, let's to the positive associations of black.

WHY PEOPLE DON'T SUCCEED EVEN AFTER READING 10 WAYS TO GET SUCCESSFUL?
Success has become an obsession,as our generation is highly exposed to media. There are many types of trendsetters, professionals, coaches, and trainers will help you find the formula for success.
Sadhguru- The Renowned Spiritual and truth speaker, in one of his webinar said, "You shouldn't be aspiring for success it's a miserable way to structure your life ".
But we are unaware of the efforts hidden before the success stories narrated to you, in those big wall halls with huge speakers installed at the corners of the walls and a person describing his life full of struggles and how a solution was found.
Humans are so fooled that we try to find the path to success through faith, luck, god, and efforts and get lost in that. We forget that luck, god, and trust are uncontrollable factors, something that you cannot do anything about.
Then what matters??
YOUR EFFORT is the only factor which you control. So put your focus into that and see what happens.
Stop putting so much energy into faith, luck, and God; this is not your cup of tea. If such things exist, they will work at their own time and in the right place, most notably when you need them.
Remember, your efforts have to be sharp and perceptive. Constantly looking to enhance your perception and intelligence will help you manage the external factors that are bothering your efforts. The rest will anyway happen.
In today's world, including me, we are trying to get capable of something.
Twenty-five years ago, everybody wanted to be a doctor or an engineer; if you wanted to study, the first thing that struck the mind was to learn medicines.
For instance, what if, you have become a doctor, and the world learned about yoga programs, and they stopped visiting a doctor.
The next day, this will not be a good profession anymore, and people will try to become yoga instructors and start earning by launching programs at various places etc.
If you become a doctor, you will not wish that everyone should be healthy. Isn't? Yes, that's true. You don't want that.
So never try to prepare a recipe for a multigrain success; if an ingredient is missed or added more, the formula will fail.
While investing in shares, you must put your money while the market graph is down because someday it will rise and grow with broad profit percent, So investing at the time of market loss will help you to gain double the money put into.
In the same way, putting your required effort at the time of its actual need will help you plan accordingly for your net step of action.
Now the question arises how you can improve your intelligence?
You don't need to worry about that!!
It's all about your perception. So you can enhance your perception by looking at life the way it is. And this is not easy; this will take time, but your operational intelligence will be boosted.
Even though we try to broaden the mind, that's not the point; the point is all about perception. Once we start looking at things the way they are, life will become a play and a game you enjoy. The moment you start doing it, people will say you're successful.
You're mistaken if you think sitting on top of somebody's head is a success. It's a sickness. Find the whole being which will find an expression, and thus, you will be called successful.

WHAT IS SELF-CONFIDENCE?
To understand what highly needed word means, we need to understand the concept of our inner strengths & abilities. I never say self-confidence has to be positive all the time; no, never. It entirely depends upon the individual's feelings that he has for himself. This indicates his/her behavior, communication ways, and reaction to critical situations. These words can play a good role in taking you towards success.
SOURCES TO GAIN/LOSE SELF CONFIDENCE:
1. Your Experiences: The experiences can either be a succeeding one in which you may feel happier and enjoy the moment or be a losing one that can push you towards depression, anxiety etc. But the point is that succeeding in one will boost your confidence, and the losing one will lower your self-confidence.
2. Other's experiences: We have several people around us, and their experiences influence us, sometimes directly or indirectly. Suppose you recently learned to drive a car and decided to run it on the highway, while guiding you saw another car driver got an accident. This situation may help you lose your self-confidence.
3. Emotional awakening: Taking ideas from the above source, our inner feelings generate our reactions according to the situation. If that accident had not happened, you could have felt optimistic about your driving skills.
4. Encouragements/Discouragements: When people appreciate you for your work, be it smoking, drinking alcohol or doing any productive work, you gain confidence. A sense of powerful energy is felt inside you that creates your self-confidence. The opposite is the case in discouragements as well.
BOOST YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE WITH THESE:
1. Talk to yourself positively- appreciate yourself; you don't need someone to appreciate you, be your own appreciator. This will affect you internally, i.e., subconsciously, and help you choose the right direction.
2. Taking risks-This will help you to identify your interest & will keep you aware of your thoughts. It increases the probability of positive and negative consequences equally. So, to accomplish, you must take risks.
3. Accomplishments: As mentioned earlier, accomplishments help gain your confidence, which involves risks.
4. Awareness of your strengths and weaknesses-Things gets more manageable when you know your strengths and weaknesses. Focus more on your weaknesses, and you are good to go to accomplish your desires.
5. Highly self-esteemed people- Meet, talk, engage, listen, understand, and get motivated with those with high self-esteem.

HOW TO STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT'S DISTURBING YOU ?
There is a powerful relationship between the way we think and the way we feel.This goes parallel all the time.In simple words our thoughts affects our mental health or emotional state and emotional state affects the way we think.
Whenever we feel sad we look at the world in the darker way and start predicting that things won't end up in a good way.
On the other side our thoughts influence how we feel.When we start thinking about a particular thing or person who is not with us, we feel sad automatically because that's natural.The more you think about sad things the worse your situations get.This is a chain which is really hard to break.
You change the channel of your T.V when you don't like it.
ISN'T ??
Why don't you try the same with your brain as well so that you don't get stuck into the darker place.
I know this is not a child's play even I feel stuck into things, thoughts, people.
The good news is that I found the way not alone but discussing it with a number of people around me basically my family members.
1. DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THINKING ABOUT THE PROBLEM & SOLVING THE PROBLEM.
This point teaches us how thinking plays a crucial role when dealing with a dreadful situation, person, thing or even your dream muddling you.
The Guru mantra to get directed towards the solution of the problem is to have a positive mindset.
I know this is tough to do, but at the same time, we need to keep up the determination, confidence and faith; this will surely help us.
I won't take too many words for this tip. I suggest you differentiate between thinking about the problem or searching for the solutions.
Thinking about unpleasant things is not always bad because sometimes it's a part of the healing process.
Being a student and a teenager, I have this terrible habit of comparing my marks, things etc., with others, which lets me down all the time, and I get into the darker side of my brain. (this is an actual problem).
But there's always a push needed to grow or move forward, which can be a person, a thing, a place or anything that has always motivated you to grow stronger and move ahead in your life.
Ask yourself "AM I THINKING ABOUT THE PROBLEM OR SOLVING IT ?"
If you are living in the problem you are ruminating( I learned a new word😎 while looking for synonyms) and if you are actually looking for answers you are solving problems.
Problem solving will help you to move forward but only thinking bout the problem will hold you back.So you need to change the channel.
2.CHANGE THE CHANNEL IN YOUR BRAIN
Constantly telling yourself, "don't think about that," won't help you; your brain will bring back all those memories in less than 5 seconds.
Find things or do things that need your mental energy for some time.
Some of the tasks can be -
i. Turning on music & start dancing( even if you are not a dancer).
ii.Sit down and start planning about your dreams.
iii. Engage yourself in your favorite hobby.
iv. Challenge yourself to clean your room in 10 min.
These tips can work for one or none, depending on your thinking.
The motive is to find something that works for you; it might take time to analyze the best strategy to change your brain's channel.
3.LOOK FOR HELP WHEN IT IS NECESSARY.
There are certain mental problems like depression,anxiety etc which increases the chances that you will think more about the unpleasant situations.
If you are still hanging yourself in the negative side of the brain you need to visit specialist.
Sometimes, we have no physical problems, and we visit a doctor saying that I cannot understand anything happening to me. Now, you start explaining your situation, but the results are expected when the doctor diagnoses.
That's when you need to understand your mental health condition and focus on how your thoughts, positively or negatively, guide you.
To tackle this situation, you need to sit and analyze the root cause of the issue.
Is it you, yourself, a person, a thing or anything else!!
Once you do that, you need to understand the reason to jump to the next step. After analyzing it, you have to realize whether it was your fault or just an unexpected case.
Asking for help will help you build connections and allow the other person to use their resources to help you in the best possible way. Who knows, you might get a new perspective on your problem.
Don't be afraid of asking for help, be fearful of the person you are asking for help.
