Many times it happens that we forget 'better' in our quest for the 'best'. In my case,experience has taught me that if we implement 'better' in nine out of ten cases, this would lead us to'still better'.
 
For instance, comparing the marks of the previous test with the most recent one is one of the simplest ways to get better. For an average student like me, I like to understand my mistakes and try not to make them again in the next one. And every time I follow this, I get 'Better'.
 
 
Any situation is a compromise. You are not the best for your company; your company is not the best and so on. We can either complain about it or we can improve it.
 
Always start with a good idea and then implement it. It's not easy for everyone in every or any situation to take a step ahead. So, it's important to accept the situation as it is and take it in a positive way.
Example: Exercise is good for everyone at any age,but what about the people who are having paralysis issues? They won't be able to do it alone; they need help. Here comes the role of the family members. If they react negatively to it, they will ignore the person dealing with this issue. But if they are concerned, they will hire a physiotherapist and help the person deal with it carefully. Along with this, they will motivate the person by saying that their situation is improving, even if the worst is the case.
 
I am from a middle-class family. We have no other option than to improve our condition,be it a financial crisis or involuntary unemployment. The world considers adjustments as compromise, but middies consider adjustments as improvements, where we learn how to improve. And I am absolutely proud of it.
 
Aspiring for the best can be painful, and in the end, may lead to regression,depression,and guilt. In rare cases, this doesn't happen; people achieve what they expected). But striving for better will never disappoint you. This will help you to learn things,understand the situation and improve it accordingly. Then you will be capable of solving similar problems easily.
 
There are a few who have the opportunity to do great things. But all are blessed with the opportunity to do small things greatly. Keep on doing small things, greatly appreciate yourself, and you will end up doing great things in the next twenty to thirty years.
 
You have to be motivated and inspired to become enthusiastic. How? Well, you can do several things. Listen to enthusiastic people. I am not saying to follow them blindly and do whatever they do. Because I understand that a way for one may lead to a problem for another. It has to be your decision to take care of your habits, actions, and most importantly, your way of thinking.
Reading motivational and self-motivational books will keep you energetic till the time you are reading them, and will stop working the moment you close the book. So, it's important for you to 'action' on it.
 
Get excited about the things that are in your "mind" and "around" you. Having a sad or poker face is adjustable in a card game, but not in real life. If you like to work for a person,get excited about him or her. This will help your enthusiasm get contagious.
 
Another most important factor, which I have noticed after watching TED talks, is sincerity, in the things you do or say. Without sincerity, your enthusiasm will not last long.
 
To be sincere, you have to shun(avoid-this is another word I learned while searching for synonyms) personal politics,gossip, and fault-finding; this will guide you to get mentally prepared to be enthusiastic.
 
How will your physical health affect your enthusiasm? You can do this by feeding yourself better. When your body doesn't get the required nutrients,it impacts your brain's functionality, which affects your mood,cognitive function, and memory. Shifting to a plant-based diet will boost your mood and help you deal with stress.
 
Moving your body can play an important role. We are not designed to sit for 8 (or more!) hours a day. Exercising is not just essential to keep your body at bay and keep your healthy muscles or bones healthy,but researchers claim it's a powerful mood booster. Exercise has the ability to improve thought process, creativity, and can easily eliminate depression more effectively than a list of prescription medications!
 
Self-compassion is a gem that has helped me in noticing what I'm feeling,doing, thinking, and remembering that I am human and treating myself with kindness.
Unfortunately,few of us have been trained to respond this way.
While researching whether my interpretation is correct, I also investigated whether self-compassion is truly worthwhile.Then I came across a term called "self-flagellation." This means self-punishment. If you respond to yourself with compassion rather than aggression,you will discover many ways to live and it will get easier for you to remain enthusiastic.'
 
Another master piece that has worked (and still working) for me is "Meditating". I chant "waheguru". Even if I chant it for 5 minutes, my mind is able to calm itself. All my regrets,guilt, aggression, and anger disappear. I am able to focus upon the sound, i.e., Anhad Naad (the sound of human consciousness).
My doubts get cleared,I don't react immediately. I would love to share one of my recent experiences. I got my 12th board results on the 22nd of July, and it was a surprise to me as I didn't know that results would be declared on the mentioned date. Students are shaken with the news of 12th board results. They get nervous,excited, and feel like their heart will come out of their body while entering the information on the results portal.
 
 BUT it was not the SAME for me I was nor excited about it neither nervous. And my heart beat was normal, my heart said this is just the result of your bookish knowledge which will either make you happy or sad but the knowledge you have about the world,after experiencing it, will not judge you based on two digit per-cent, it will guide you to grow more and more.
I think this was the magic of 'Meditation', that even after getting my results I was normal, I felt that a turn towards my career has completed and I am ready to continue the journey. 
 
 
At last,would say improving is the only factor that can lead you to success,peace and happiness.So keep improving to because it's a way to self satisfaction.

Black is always considered & has been associated with negativity throughout history and even today. I wouldn't have thought about this until I realized that black is all around us, from our hair to our clothes.

I started reading articles and research papers and found that black is not considered a color. It's just an absence of light that absorbs all in the color spectrum.


Color psychologists say that color-related emotions depend highly on past experiences and personal experiences associated with a particular color.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECT OF BLACK

The reactions to the color black may vary from person to person. Throughout history, this color has always been associated with darkness, sadness, death, fear, and negativity. But without black, you would not have read this; the fashion would have lost its praise. And there's only one lucky cat. Right?


Scientists claim that black has a tiny amount of light in it; however, coming back to you.

People consider white as purity & positivity, whereas Black as impurity & negativity.

Aren't you reading this in black text on a white background?

So, instead of chasing through the negatives, let's to the positive associations of black.


POSITIVE ASSOCIATIONS 

Black evokes its positivity through attractiveness and elegance. This color flows through worldliness. That's why many people choose black outfits for attending any critical event. And so high-end brands such as Tiffany & co. and many more.

In high society, black represents power from priests to judges to credit cards. And let's not forget about Steve jobs.

Black is a perfect example of how color meaning can differ from one culture to another.

Black has a lot to do with retailers, brands, businesses, logos, banners, images, icons, etc., to create a sure consistency on their website.
They believe it gets more accessible for people to read and helps them feel comfortable while reading.

NEGATIVE ASSOCIATIONS

Sometimes, a black mark on your records symbolizes wrongdoing, and we categorize bad people with a label of black-heartened. But too much black anywhere has the power to make it dull and overwhelming.

TEENAGERS AND THE COLOR BLACK

As a teenager, I can have a psychological interest to connect with or choose black.There are many transitions in our teenage years, such as mood swings, getting irritated, angry, and sad without any reason. So, somewhere directly or indirectly, color affects our state of mind.
 In my opinion, colors have a significant role to play ahead in teenagers' lives and everybody's. 

Whenever I get monthly menstruation, there are several mood swings, and sometimes these are uncontrollable. During this time, I prefer engaging myself in other activities such as coloring. Now, this has a significant role to play; whenever I color, I realize that brown and dark pink is the color I hate to use; even if the trunk of the tree has to be colored brown, I color it yellow.

This might happen because of the energies that colors carry.
The color I am most connected with during this time is yellow, purple and dark blue.

If a person or teenager highly prefers black, it has some other connections with their personality.

Some writers say if your favorite color is black, you prefer independence,power, and prestige are most important to you. These preferences may differ from individual to individual.

With black as a personality color can define an individual's nature which may be too serious.


EFFECTS OF COLOR BLACK


Formal, dignified and sophisticated: As in the little black dress and the legal dinner suit.


Aloof: Black sets itself aside from others with its heavy and intense energy. It keeps others at arm's length.

Depressing: Black can close us to the positive aspects of life, forcing us to look at our disappointments and the black or negative aspects of our life. It can create a fear of the future.


Pessimistic: Too much black encourages us to look at the negative side of life.

Success has  become an obsession,as our generation is highly exposed to media.  There are many  types of trendsetters, professionals, coaches, and trainers will help you find the formula for success.

Sadhguru- The Renowned Spiritual and truth speaker, in one of his webinar said,  "You shouldn't be aspiring for success it's a miserable way to structure your life ".

But we are unaware of the efforts hidden before the success stories narrated to you, in those big wall halls with huge speakers installed at the corners of the walls and a person describing his life full of struggles and how a solution was found.

Humans are so fooled that we try to find the path to success through faith, luck, god, and efforts and get lost in that. We forget that luck, god, and trust are uncontrollable factors, something that you cannot do anything about.


Then what matters??

 YOUR EFFORT is the only factor which you control. So put your focus into that and see what happens. 

Stop putting so much energy into faith, luck, and God; this is not your cup of tea. If such things exist, they will work at their own time and in the right place, most notably when you need them.

Remember, your efforts have to be sharp and perceptive. Constantly looking to enhance your perception and intelligence will help you manage the external factors that are bothering your efforts. The rest will anyway happen.

In today's world, including me, we are trying to get capable of something.

Twenty-five years ago, everybody wanted to be a doctor or an engineer; if you wanted to study, the first thing that struck the mind was to learn medicines.

For instance,  what if, you have become a doctor, and the world learned about yoga programs, and they stopped visiting a doctor.

The next day, this will not be a good profession anymore, and people will try to become yoga instructors and start earning by launching programs at various places etc.

If you become a doctor, you will not wish that everyone should be healthy. Isn't? Yes, that's true. You don't want that.

So never try to prepare a recipe for a multigrain success; if an ingredient is missed or added more, the formula will fail.

While investing in shares, you must put your money while the market graph is down because someday it will rise and grow with broad profit percent, So investing at the time of market loss will help you to gain double the money put into.

In the same way, putting your required effort at the time of its actual need will help you plan accordingly for your net step of action.

Now the question arises how you can improve your intelligence?


You don't need to worry about that!!

It's all about your perception. So you can enhance your perception by looking at life the way it is. And this is not easy; this will take time, but your operational intelligence will be boosted.

Even though we try to broaden the mind, that's not the point; the point is all about perception. Once we start looking at things the way they are, life will become a play and a game you enjoy. The moment you start doing it, people will say you're successful.

The point hits most of our minds when we think about a home maker is that home maker is a WOMEN she is a cook,grocery shopper,home & budget organizer and so much more.There are so many things to hold but difficult to manage them all. She has to take up all these responsibilities no matter what kind of wedding it is arranged or love.
The point is no matter whatsoever is your qualification,at what career place you are, sooner or later, you have get married  whether you like it or not. And the story continues.This is the cycle of a home  maker because Indians believe that marriage life is nothing but to construct and nurture your household.

Homemaking in Indian culture is considered as never ending chore as the powerful she is habituated to wake up early in the morning,get a fresh bath,doing religious acts.She is fast enough to prepare breakfast for all.
Have you ever noticed that she eats at last!!

Another title that I would give to The Indian Homemakers is that they are
the real multi - tasker.

The fact that no one can deny about the Indian homemaker is that they spend their entire married life sorting things from sun up to sun down. Every planning gets executed only when a female involves a family get-together, celebrations, birthday parties,wedding preparations, religious functions, going out for a vacation and many more.
Many consider that females are forced to do their house course, which is somewhat valid. Still, married females love to do these because it is regarded as the most significant responsibility in our scriptures."God will praise the one who focuses on soul enrichment, being supportive, caring, loving nature, and on everybody's development above all being spiritually connected to God." These mentions are must achievable goals of a human being.

THE  PRIORITY CARD

Her Career vs Managing Her Home

Your mother must be doing something right now! Check once. Stop her way and ask her why she didn't think about your career? Ask her what stopped her from this was that "Family" or it was her own choice.
You might get a mix answer. She might say in our times we were not allowed to study further when we crossed 18 as I was ought to get married and might be after some time she will say I decided to continue but " Ghar k kaamo k chakkar me time hi nai Hua"(but didn't get time because of house courses). This will make you realize how difficult is the life of a homemaker. She left her dreams back but never left you alone; she left her passion for you but never let you forget your love; she was left unsupported. Still, she never left you unsupported, & when she finally tried to take a step forward, a loud voice came from the background "Mummy meri favorite dress nai mil rahi dhoond do na"("Mom, I am unable to find my favorite dress please do find it for me now"). And that's how her priority changed.

How many times have you  shared your best moments with her?

Please do understand that this daily unchanged routine can disturb her mind,her health.
And this will create an alarming situation in your family.

There is a powerful relationship between the way we think and the way we feel.This goes parallel all the time.In simple words our thoughts affects our mental health or emotional state and emotional state affects the way we think.


Whenever we feel sad we look at the world in the darker way and start predicting that things won't end up in a good way.

On the other side our thoughts influence how we feel.When we start thinking about a particular thing or person who is not with us, we feel sad automatically because that's natural.The more you think about sad things the worse your situations get.This is a chain which is really hard to break.

You change the channel of your T.V when you don't like it.

ISN'T ??

Why don't you try the same with your brain as well so that you don't get stuck into the darker place.

I know this is not a child's play even I feel stuck into things, thoughts, people.

The good news is that I found the way not alone but discussing it with a number of people around me basically my family members.


1. DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THINKING ABOUT THE PROBLEM & SOLVING THE PROBLEM.

This point teaches us how thinking plays a crucial role when dealing with a dreadful situation, person, thing or even your dream muddling you.


The Guru mantra to get directed towards the solution of the problem is to have a positive mindset.

I know this is tough to do, but at the same time, we need to keep up the determination, confidence and faith; this will surely help us.


I won't take too many words for this tip. I suggest you differentiate between thinking about the problem or searching for the solutions.

Thinking about unpleasant things is not always bad because sometimes it's a part of the healing process.


Being a student and a teenager, I have this terrible habit of comparing my marks, things etc., with others, which lets me down all the time, and I get into the darker side of my brain. (this is an actual problem).


But there's always a push needed to grow or move forward, which can be a person, a thing, a place or anything that has always motivated you to grow stronger and move ahead in your life.  

  Ask yourself "AM I THINKING ABOUT THE PROBLEM OR SOLVING IT ?"

If you are living in the problem you are ruminating( I learned a new word😎 while looking for synonyms) and if you are actually looking for answers you are solving problems.

Problem solving will help you to move forward but only thinking bout the problem will hold you back.So you need to change the channel.


2.CHANGE THE CHANNEL IN YOUR BRAIN

Constantly telling yourself, "don't think about that," won't help you; your brain will bring back all those memories in less than 5 seconds.

Find things or do things that need your mental energy for some time.

Some of the tasks can be -

i. Turning on music & start dancing( even if you are not a dancer).

ii.Sit down and start planning about your dreams.

iii. Engage yourself in your favorite hobby.

iv. Challenge yourself to clean your room in 10 min.

These tips can work for one or none, depending on your thinking.

The motive is to find something that works for you; it might take time to analyze the best strategy to change your brain's channel.


3.LOOK FOR HELP WHEN IT IS NECESSARY.

There are certain mental problems like depression,anxiety etc which increases the chances that you will think more about the unpleasant situations.

If you are still hanging yourself in the negative side of the brain you need to visit specialist.

 Sometimes, we have no physical problems, and we visit a doctor saying that I cannot understand anything happening to me. Now, you start explaining your situation, but the results are expected when the doctor diagnoses.

That's when you need to understand your mental health condition and focus on how your thoughts, positively or negatively, guide you.

To tackle this situation, you need to sit and analyze the root cause of the issue. 

Is it you, yourself, a person, a thing or anything else!!

Once you do that, you need to understand the reason to jump to the next step. After analyzing it,  you have to realize whether it was your fault or just an unexpected case.


Asking for help will help you build connections and allow the other person to use their resources to help you in the best possible way. Who knows, you might get a new perspective on your problem.

Don't be afraid of asking for help, be fearful of the person you are asking for help.
